License for Use of Music on Hold

By purchasing AndrewScottMusic.com products you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions:

1. All audio recordings available from AndrewScottMusic.com are licensed, not sold, to you by AndrewScottMusic.com. AndrewScottMusic.com is either the owner or the master licensee of the copyright in the compositions and recordings.
2. The payment you make to download the recordings gives you the non-exclusive right to use these recordings in one music-on-hold system without having to pay any additional royalties, licence fees or any other fees to AndrewScottMusic.com.
3. This license specifically excludes use of the recordings in films, websites, motion pictures, television programs, videos, videogames and all other multimedia productions.
4. You may not distribute, sell, rent, lease, sub-lease, assign or otherwise transfer any of the recordings to any third party
5. You may make one copy of the recordings for archival or backup purposes.
6.  You may not disclose any access codes or passwords used in accessing any are of the AndrewScottMusic.com website to any party and will treat such information as strictly confidential. You will exercise due diligence and maintain safeguards on all recordings received from AndrewScottMusic.com to prevent unauthorised use or distribution thereof. 7. You are not permitted to edit the recordings and release them on a commercial basis, e.g. as a pop single.
8. You will indemnify, save, hold harmless and defend AndrewScottMusic.com from and against any and all claims, demands, damages, liabilities and all reasonable expenses against or suffered by AndrewScottMusic.com with respect to any matter that arises as a result of a breach of this agreement by you.
9. AndrewScottMusic.com expressly disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including without limitation, the implied warranty of title, non-infringement, merchantability and fitness for purpose.
10. AndrewScottMusic.com reserves the right to amend the website/download content and prices without notice.
11. By purchasing my Download or CD you are only buying the right to play the music in a “music-on hold” situation. You do not gain any ownership of the copyright in the compositions or recordings.
12. You will receive a download address or password allowing you to access your product. You are not permitted to share this address or password or allow any unauthorised use. If you share the code this will constitute a breach of the license, which could lead to legal proceedings.
13. If you breach the terms of this license and I suffer loss you may be held liable for your breach and have to pay me compensation. Please only use my music within the terms of this licence.
